Mentra academic training consists of
online sessions where students learn how to study effectively and immediately apply these strategies to their school subjects.
How it works:

Groups of 4 to 6 students.

Phase 1: learning study strategies (organization, memorization, attention, stress management, exam preparation).

Phase 2: direct application in their subjects (math, science, languages, etc.).

Personalized plan for each student from the first week.

Supervision provided by coaches trained in the Mentra method, created with leading experts in the field of education.
Mentra-GPT
Many students experience the same thing: asking a question and receiving an answer that is too vague to be helpful, searching for help online and finding generic explanations, or waiting for support that arrives too late.
